We accept returns only in cases where the item arrives damaged, and the issue must be proven with clear photos or video evidence.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags intact.
Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

How to Initiate a Return:

Order number and product name
Reason for return
Proof of damage (photos or video)

Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color variation due to lighting, or sizing concerns.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Skarvara is not liable for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Conditions:
Refunds will not be granted for returned items that:

Show signs of wear or use
Are returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Are received after the 14-day return window

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at skarvara.contact@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made scarves
Items marked as final sale
